Jessica has been a member of Highland Fusion since 2000. She has a diverse background in dance, which began with ballet, tap and jazz at the age of three. She started Highland Dancing when she was five, competing throughout the Western United States, Canada, Australia, and Scotland. Jessica has been in the Premier class since 1991, and is currently a certified instructor with a Members Diploma from the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD).

Jessica is originally from Northern California, and in high school she was a member of her school's dance team, a thespian, and student body officer. She also kept herself busy by playing waterpolo, soccer, running track and pole vaulting where she set a school record. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys being with friends, scuba diving, traveling, and being active in her church.

Jessica graduated with her BA from San Diego State University in 2005 and received her Masters degree in Autism in 2008. She is currently a special education teacher at a local elementary school. Jessica and her husband have two young children, but she still finds time to devote to practicing and performing with Highland Fusion.
